A tracked mobile crusher processes river stone in Zambia at a nominal capacity of 110 t/h. The machine runs on its own crawler undercarriage and is driven to the working face, so no foundations are required. Feeding, crushing and conveying are carried on the tracked chassis as one unit.
River stone is charged into the crusher on board and reduced in the mobile pass, and the conveyor that is part of the machine carries the processed material away. The tracks allow the unit to be repositioned as the work moves on, keeping the machine at the face. It was built and supplied by the manufacturer, Shanghai DM Crusher. It needs no foundation on site.
