A mobile impact crushing station processes dolomite in Vietnam at a nominal capacity of 120 t/h. The station is mounted on a chassis and carries the impact crusher with the feed and discharge arrangements as one mobile unit. It is taken to the working area rather than set on permanent foundations.
Dolomite is fed to the impact crusher on board, where the reduction takes place, and the material leaves the station by conveyor. The mobile mounting lets the station be repositioned as the work moves, so it can be kept close to the material. It was built and supplied by the manufacturer, Shanghai DM Crusher. No foundation is needed for the chassis-mounted station.
