A crawler mobile crushing plant works basalt in Tajikistan at a nominal capacity of 220 t/h. The plant travels on a crawler undercarriage and is brought to the working area instead of being erected on foundations. Feeding, crushing and conveying are mounted on the crawler chassis as one unit, so the whole plant moves together.
Basalt is charged into the plant and broken in the on-board crusher, and the conveyor removes the processed rock. The crawler mounting allows the plant to be moved over the site as the work advances, which suits a face that shifts during the works. It was manufactured and supplied as a crawler plant by Shanghai DM Crusher.
