A tracked mobile crusher works granite in Uzbekistan at a nominal capacity of 250 t/h. The machine moves on a crawler undercarriage and is driven to the working face, so no foundations are needed. Feeding, crushing and conveying are all carried on the tracked chassis as one unit.
Granite is charged into the crusher on board and reduced in the mobile pass, and the conveyor that forms part of the machine removes the processed rock. The tracks let the unit be repositioned across the site as the work advances, keeping it next to the rock. It was built and supplied by the manufacturer, Shanghai DM Crusher. No permanent base is needed for the tracked unit.
