A mobile sand making plant produces sand from quartz in the Philippines at a nominal capacity of 90 t/h. The plant is carried on a chassis and moved to the working area, with feeding, sand making and conveying mounted together on the mobile frame. It handles the whole duty, from feed to finished sand, as one mobile unit.
Quartz is loaded into the plant and shaped in the sand making stage on board, and the conveyor takes the material away. Because the plant is mobile, it can be repositioned to follow the source of material, so the sand is produced close to where the quartz is worked.
