Iron ore is the feed for this stationary crushing production line in Russia, which is rated at a nominal capacity of 100 t/h. The plant is a fixed installation on permanent foundations, arranged as one continuous train in a single working area. Iron ore is dense and abrasive, so the line is set up for even, controlled reduction through the crushing stages, with the load spread along the train rather than applied at one point.
Ore is delivered to the feed point and passed through the stages in sequence before the screens separate it into fractions, with the first stage taking the run-of-mine ore and the next preparing it for screening. Belt conveyors link the machines and move the material along the line, keeping the process continuous.
