A fixed crushing production line in Uzbekistan is set up to process granite, a hard and abrasive rock, at a nominal capacity of 180 t/h. The installation is stationary, with the machines on permanent foundations and the crushing and screening train arranged in a dedicated area. Because granite is tough, the flowsheet is built around reliable, consistent size reduction rather than high throughput at a single stage.
Run-of-quarry granite is fed to the head of the line and moves through the crushing stages in turn, the first reducing the large pieces and the second bringing the rock to the size the screens require, after which the screens split it into graded aggregates. Conveyors connect the whole train so that the line works as one continuous plant. It is supplied by the manufacturer, Shanghai DM Crusher, as a factory-built fixed installation.
The integrated design keeps the plant structure compact and the layout orderly, which reduces transport and civil works cost while still meeting the requirements of different customers.
