The 300 t/h diabase plant in Vietnam is a stationary crushing production line. Diabase is a hard, fine-grained rock, and the line is configured as a permanent installation on fixed foundations, with the crushing and screening stages gathered in one working area. At a nominal capacity of 300 t/h, the plant is laid out to take the material through reduction and grading in one continuous flow.
The rock enters at the feed end and is reduced in successive crushing stages, the first doing the coarse work and the last the finer reduction, before the screens separate it into the required aggregate sizes. Belt conveyors carry material between the stages and remove the finished fractions, so the whole train runs from feed to product. The line was built as a complete production plant by the manufacturer, Shanghai DM Crusher.
The integrated design keeps the plant structure compact and the layout orderly, which reduces transport and civil works cost while still meeting the requirements of different customers.
