A compact fixed installation in Vietnam, this line processes limestone at a nominal capacity of 100 t/h. It is a stationary crushing production line, with all equipment mounted on permanent foundations and set out in one area. Limestone is moderately hard and consistent, so the plant is arranged for a smooth, uninterrupted flow through crushing and screening.
Feed limestone enters at one end and is reduced step by step, after which the screens divide it into the aggregate sizes required on site; the first stage handles the incoming rock and the second prepares it for grading. Conveyors join the stages into a single continuous line and carry the products away. The plant was supplied as a stationary production line by the manufacturer, Shanghai DM Crusher, and is operated as a fixed part of the site processing area.
The integrated design keeps the plant structure compact and the layout orderly, which reduces transport and civil works cost while still meeting the requirements of different customers.
