Diabase, a hard and tough rock, is the feed for this fixed crushing line in Zambia. The plant is stationary, with the equipment on permanent foundations and the train set out in one area, and its nominal capacity is 120 t/h. Because diabase resists breakage, the line is set up for consistent reduction in several stages rather than a single heavy pass.
Rock arrives at the feed end and moves through the crushing stages in turn before the screens separate it into aggregate fractions, the earlier stage preparing the material and the later one completing the reduction. Conveyors connect the whole train and carry the products away. The line is supplied as a complete stationary plant by the manufacturer, Shanghai DM Crusher.
