In Zambia, a stationary production line is arranged for ceramic material. The plant is a fixed installation with the equipment on permanent foundations, and it is rated at a nominal capacity of 130 t/h. Ceramic feed is brittle, so the line is set up for controlled size reduction, with the stages placed in series so that the material is handled in one continuous pass.
The material is fed at the head of the line, crushed in successive stages and then screened to separate the fractions, the first stage taking the incoming material and the second sizing it for the screens. Conveyors tie the equipment together into a single fixed plant and carry the products away. The line was manufactured and supplied by Shanghai DM Crusher as a complete factory installation.
