Tuff is relatively soft, and this stationary crushing line in the Philippines is built to process it at a nominal capacity of 150 t/h. The installation is fixed, with the equipment on permanent foundations and the train laid out in one area, and it runs from the feed point to the graded product as one continuous flow. The plant works as a steady part of the site processing operation.
Because the rock is not highly abrasive, the line is arranged for a straightforward crushing and screening flow, with the material reduced in the stages and then separated into aggregate fractions; the first stage takes the incoming tuff and the second prepares it for the screens. Conveyors connect the equipment into a single stationary plant and carry the products away. The line was manufactured and supplied by Shanghai DM Crusher.
