Pebble is the feed material at this stationary crushing production line in the Philippines. The plant is a fixed installation on permanent foundations, with the crushing and screening units set out in one area, and it runs at a nominal capacity of 200 t/h. Pebble is rounded and relatively hard, so the line is arranged to break the stone down steadily and then grade it into usable aggregate sizes.
Material is delivered to the feed point and passes through the crushing stages one after another, the earlier stages handling the coarse breakage and the later ones finishing the reduction, after which the screens divide it into separate fractions.
