For the granite worked in Kazakhstan, a stationary crushing production line is installed at a nominal capacity of 200 t/h. The plant is fixed, with the equipment on permanent foundations and the whole train arranged in one working area, and it is organised as one continuous flow from the feed point to the graded product. Granite is hard, so the stages are set for steady reduction.
The rock is fed into the head of the line, crushed in the successive stages and then separated on the screens into aggregate fractions, with the earlier stage preparing the feed and the later one finishing the reduction.
