Granite is processed at 250 t/h on this stationary crushing production line in Kenya. The installation is fixed, with the equipment set on permanent foundations and the whole train gathered in one working area. Granite is hard and abrasive, so the crushing stages are placed in series for effective reduction, with the burden shared along the line rather than concentrated in one machine.
The rock is fed at the head of the line, reduced through the stages and separated by the screens into the fractions required, with the first stage taking the coarse feed and the next sizing it for the screens.
