Limestone is processed at 300 t/h on this stationary crushing production line in Kenya. The installation is fixed, with the machines set on permanent foundations and the whole train arranged in a defined working area, and the plant is designed for a continuous reduction and grading duty. Limestone is moderately hard and fairly uniform, so the line is laid out to keep the flow steady from the feed point to the product end.
The feed is reduced in the crushing stages and then separated on the screens into the aggregate fractions the site requires, with the first stage taking the quarry feed and the second preparing the material for screening. Belt conveyors join the stages together and carry the finished material to stock, so the line runs as one continuous process. The production line was built and supplied as a stationary plant by the manufacturer, Shanghai DM Crusher.
