Quartz sand is produced by this stationary production line in Uzbekistan at a nominal capacity of 500 t/h. The plant is a fixed installation on permanent foundations and is laid out as a large single train in which crushing, sand making and screening follow one another in sequence. Quartz is a hard, abrasive feed, so the stages are arranged for even loading through the whole line.
Material is reduced in the crushing stage and then shaped into sand, and the screens separate the finished fractions; the first stage takes the incoming quartz and prepares it for the sand making stage that follows. Conveyors carry the material from stage to stage and remove the products. The line was built and supplied as a stationary production plant by the manufacturer, Shanghai DM Crusher.
