River stone is converted into manufactured sand on this stationary sand making production line in the Philippines. The plant is a fixed installation with a nominal capacity of 50 t/h, built on permanent foundations as one continuous flow. River stone is hard and clean, so the line is arranged around crushing followed by sand making and grading.
The stone is reduced first in the crushing stage and then shaped in the sand making stage, after which the screens separate the sand and the coarser fractions, so that both the fine and the coarse products leave the line graded. Conveyors connect every stage of the train. The complete line was manufactured and supplied by Shanghai DM Crusher as a stationary sand production plant.
