Intelligence in crushing and screening is not a separate product line so much as a way of building the equipment. The visible results of that work are in the equipment itself. In the solid-waste range, a solid waste treatment smart control system coordinates the line, while an AI sorting robot and an intelligent high-speed optical sorter take on the decisions that used to need manual separation. On the crushing side, the move toward mobile plants brought control and drive systems onto the same chassis as the crusher, so a mobile crushing station can be operated and monitored as one unit rather than as a set of separate machines.
The development is backed by a sustained research effort. The company holds more than 100 national patents, of which invention patents account for more than 20 percent, and it was recognised as a Specialized and Sophisticated Enterprise in Shanghai in 2021. In the same year, research on mobile crushing plant technology was completed and put into batch production, which is what turned laboratory and prototype work into machines that could be built and delivered at scale.
