Shanghai DM Crusher held a new product launch press conference to present its latest crushing and screening equipment. The event followed the company usual approach to a launch: not a slogan, but a working explanation of what the new machines do, how they are built and where they fit in a plant.
The programme covered the equipment range as a factory would present it. The stationary crushers were shown for primary, secondary and tertiary duty, and the mobile crushing and screening stations for work that has to move between sites. Because the company produces its own core equipment, the technical detail could be given honestly: the chamber options, the way the discharge setting is adjusted, the design of the wear parts and the way the auxiliary equipment — the ZSW vibrating feeder, the YK vibrating screens and the belt conveyors — is matched to the crusher.
A launch is also where a manufacturer states its direction. For Shanghai DM Crusher the direction has been toward equipment that is easier to control and to service, and toward plant technology that can be built and supported at scale rather than as one-off projects.
