In 2021 Shanghai DM Crusher released a new generation of products, at the end of a year in which the company completed its research on mobile crushing plant technology and put that technology into batch production. The release was the public side of a change that had been under way in the factory: a shift from building mobile plants as individual projects to building them as a product range.
That shift is what the year is remembered for inside the company. A mobile plant is a factory on wheels, and turning one into a repeatable product means settling the chassis, the crusher, the feeder, the screen and the conveyors as a set, then proving that the same combination can be built again and again to the same standard. Once that work was done, the mobile range could be offered to customers as a defined line rather than a bespoke assembly.
The new products covered the main duties of a mobile circuit: a mobile jaw crushing station for the first reduction, a mobile cone crushing station and a mobile impact crushing station for the secondary stage, and a mobile screening station to close the circuit. The same year also brought recognition of the company wider technical work, when it was recognised as a Specialized and Sophisticated Enterprise in Shanghai.
For customers, the value of the 2021 release was a mobile range that could be chosen, quoted and delivered in the ordinary way, with parts and service behind it. That is the stage a manufacturer reaches when research turns into a product, and 2021 is the year Shanghai DM Crusher reached it for its mobile equipment.
